Shipping Costs

From time to time, A U R I X may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.

If you do not receive tracking details within a few days of placing your order, please contact us.


Delays & Lost Packages

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:

A U R I X is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched. However, we will assist you in tracking your order and resolving any issues where possible.
